Complete fit-up of an existing 14,400 sq. ft floor space at the high-security, office building. Project completed November 2009. Time to completion: 4 months
Veterans Administration Medical Center, Bay Pines FL, Bay Pines, FL
Exterior renovation of the 8 historical, hospital buildings. Project completed June 2009. Time to completion: 5 months.
Stop & Shop Convinience Store, Rt. 301, Ellenton FL
Complete remodeling of an existing 2,600 sq. ft. retail store, including ADA compliance. Time to completion: 3 weeks.
Fairways of Capri Condominiums, Capri Blvd, Venice FL
Complete exterior renovation. Replacement of T1-11 sidng with cementitious Hardie panels and extensive structural damage repairs to the 156 units and the Club House at the condominium complex. Time to completion: 5 months
DeSoto County CC, Arcadia FL
Complete exterior and interior renovation of the historical office building. Hydraulic leveling of the building, new siding, HVAC system, plumbing & electrical. Full ADA compliance. Custom fabrication of interior moldings and trim. New custom kitchen.
