Each new subcontractor is asked to furnish the information called for by this form which will be used in determining whether the subcontractor has the technical and financial ability and resources to the requirements of the contract. The Bayside Development and Construction Inc will treat the information as confidential, except parts of it that may be necessary to discuss with persons or companies referenced by the subcontractor.
